Penn LPS Online students should use this form if they wish to withdraw from a course. One form is required for each course withdrawal. No forms will be accepted after the deadline.
When a student decides to withdraw from a class, a grade of “W” (withdrawal) will be recorded on the transcript. Students should consult the Penn LPS Online Student Handbook and the Penn LPS Online Academic Calendar for dates and procedures relevant to drops, withdrawals, and all other deadlines.
Please note that 100% financial obligation applies to a course withdrawal. Students should be aware that withdrawing from a class may affect their financial aid and/or program of study and should follow up with all relevant Penn departments as appropriate.
