Charline S. Russo, EdD

Affiliated Faculty, Organizational Dynamics; President, The CampoMarzio Group, LLC.

Charline S. Russo has held executive leadership positions in education, learning and standards with Actavis (Allergan), Amgen and Schering-Plough Research Institute (Merck). Her scholarship and practice interests include coaching as a leadership competency and strategic process for individual and organizational growth and development; Appreciative Inquiry as an affirmative organizational change process; as well as developing and maintaining high performing teams and the craft of method teaching in organizational learning and development.

Charline's expertise includes knowledge management, performance management systems and processes, team effectiveness and coaching of executives, managers and individual contributors. She is the co-author of Cohort Programming and Learning: Improving Educational Experiences for Adult Learners. She has developed cohort programs in several academic and corporate organizations and has served on the faculty of those programs. Charline received her BA and MBA from Rutgers University and her MA and EdD from Columbia University. She earned a certificate in Leadership Education from the John F. Kennedy School, Harvard University.
