Emily Beugelmans

Education:

Emily’s primary interests include Latin and Greek literature, especially Roman poetic influence on 20th century writers. She has written on several topics, including Judeo-Roman relations under the emperor Hadrian. Upon graduation Emily earned the Helen Caldwell Prize for Outstanding Major. Emily’s research and teaching interests include Latin and Greek literature, especially Roman poetic influence on 20th century writers. In 2014, Emily entered a PhD program at the University of Chicago.
