Ph.D. Candidate Hajer Al-Faham is the recipient of the American Political Science Association’s Byran Jackson Dissertation Research Award. The Byran Jackson Dissertation Research Award is presented by the Urban and Local Politics Section to a Ph.D. student who has demonstrated outstanding scholarship in the areas of race, ethnicity, and urban politics.
