Eileen Doherty-Sil serves as the primary academic major advisor for political science majors, international development minors, and the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. She teaches courses in international relations and human rights, as well as the PSCI senior honors thesis seminar.  She is the recipient of multiple teaching awards, most recently, the 2014 School of Arts & Sciences Dean's Award for Distinguished Teaching by Affiliated Faculty.
