Call for Papers: Origins of the Twenty-First Century

Statement of Purpose

The Penn Graduate Social Science & Policy Forum (GSSPF) is a joint initiative of Penn SSPF and the History Graduate Student Body. Funding has been generously provided by SASgov and the Graduate Student and Professional Student Assembly (GAPSA).

Penn GSSPF provides a venue for graduate students to share research that uses historical investigation to address the social, political, and economic questions of our time. Through roundtables, public lectures, and a yearly workshop series, GSSPF brings together innovative scholarship from all the social sciences, exploring the contemporary relevance of historical inquiry.
