Alec Lamon has over 17 years experience in a variety of technical environments and is currently Senior Director of the Wharton School's Research and Innovation Group which is dedicated to providing premium technical solutions in support of Wharton researchers. Previously, he led the Custom Applications and Online Services group - a team of developers that produced mission-critical applications, games and simulations for Wharton. He was a founding developer in the Al West Learning Lab and also worked as Systems Manager at Wharton Executive Education where he oversaw the technical aspects of Wharton Direct, an early distributed learning effort.
