Bottom Spectrum: Film deposited on a hydrophilic glass substrate surface: q_a<~5° for advancing water drop contact angle.

Top Spectrum: Film deposited on a hydrophobic* glass substrate surface: q_a ~110°.

Intermediate Spectra: Increasing deposition time of films deposited on the initial hydrophilic glass substrate: q_a values adjacent to spectra are for films of increasing thickness (~100 Å to ~800 Å).
