exit - terminate program

NAME

exit(status) int status;

exit terminates the program with the following consequences:

All file descriptors opened in the program are closed.
Exit status is printed on standard error.
If the satellite has a local file system, the ELF satellite monitor program is restarted. Otherwise, the satellite is halted.
