PBUG applicants are not competing with one another for a space within the program; rather, the admissions committee will review transcripts to verify that a 3.0 GPA was maintained throughout the previous college-level career and will review the essay responses for demonstrated proficient academic writing ability.  Therefore, admission to the PBUG program is considered selective admission as opposed to competitive admission.
