ARTH 300: UNDERGRADUATE METHODS SEMINAR—The undergraduate methods seminar is required of all History of Art majors and is recommended for all minors and for students who plan to do post-graduate study in the field or seek to work in museums, galleries, auction houses, etc. It is taught using the primary methodological and theoretical texts of European and American art history, from the 15th century through the present day. Weekly readings, response papers, student presentations and an in-class final exam are required
