Configure PennO365 Apple Mail

  1. Open Apple Mail. If you have not configured an account in Apple Mail you will be prompted to create your account.   (If you already have another account set up, go to Mail>Preferences>Accounts and click the plus symbol in the bottom left of the account window.)
    You'll be asked to choose a mail account (or mail account provider). Choose Exchange and click Continue.

  2. In the new "Exchange" window, enter the following:
    Name: Enter your name as you want people who receive your email to see it.
    Email: Enter your full SAS email address (e.g.  ).
    Password: Enter your PennO365 password.  If you do not remember your password, go here to learn about resetting it.
    Click Sign In.

  3. The following window will now appear.  Fill in the following information:
    Name: You name as you want others to see it
    Email Address: Your full email address (e.g.
    User Name:  Enter your PennO365 Account Name (e.g., not
    Password:  Enter your PennO365 password.  If you don't remember what that is, directions to reset your password are here.
    Click Sign In.
  4. You will then be prompted to sync your desired apps.  Once you have chosen, click Done.

Apple Mail will then begin to populate your account.  Once this has completed, close and reopen Apple Mail and you are done.
