The School of Arts and Sciences awarded graduate students Josh Darr and Sergio Mukherjee Dissertation Completion Fellowships for the upcoming academic year.
Darr's dissertation investigates the impact of presidential campaigns on voters and local media in the United States. Mukherjee studies local capacity, education and development in Brazil and India.
