A Brief Explanation of the Project Assignment

As an assignment for Chem 502, each teacher is charged with designing and implementing a creative and innovative project for the classroom.  It needed to be based on some concept from our first summer's work in either Chem 501 or Chem 502 or from our series of speakers we attended on Wednesday afternoons.  The project proposals were presented in August 2001.  The program was to implemented during the 2001-2002 school year.  In June 2002, final project papers are presented.
