SAS Alumni and Faculty Elected as National Academy of Public Administration Fellows
Dilulio, directs Penn’s Robert A. Fox Leadership Program and the Program for Research on Religion and Urban Civil Society. He was the first director of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives under former president George W. Bush. He works in cooperation with national and local government organizations and grant-making foundations to implement, preserve or expand programs relating to public-private and religious-secular partnerships. Dilulio serves as chairman of the Penn Chaplain’s Office Advisory Board, as a board member of Penn Hillel and as a member of Penn’s Fels Institute of Government Academic Policy Committee.
Gallagher, G’97, has been serving as chief of staff, Office of Governor for the state of Maryland since 2009. Gallagher is a contributing author of Management Innovation in U.S. Public Water and Wastewater Systems and a member of the Master of Public Administration advisory board. Quehl, G’93, is the chief financial officer and assistant secretary for administration for the United States Department of Commerce where he oversees the financial resources as well as human resources and facilities.
